Outcome of Future Wars: Gun Shot Wounds Epidemics

I am pretty sure that we can all agree that biological warfare is the future of all wars. Guns will become outdated (just like skinny jeans), and micro organisms and toxins will be used as Bioweapons-the latest thing (just like baggy jeans). Broadly, these Bioweapons include both microorganisms (such as bacteria and viruses) and biological toxins(substances created by plants or animals that are poisonous to humans) and both are used to create severe or fatal consequences for humans, animals, and plants. Let’s take an example of the smallpox virus.

Small pox has essentially been eradicated from the world but yet frozen stocks of smallpox virus are still maintained by the government of the United States and Russia, if rogue politicians or terrorists were to get hold of these supplies, the consequences could be disastrous. Smallpox is not the only virus being hoarded but two dozen conventional biological agents which include Anthrax, Ebola etc. We're tempted to say that nobody in their right mind would ever use these things but not everybody is in their right mind. Bioweapons offer terrorist groups and other states (such as Iraq and North Korea) an affordable way to counter the overwhelming military superiority of the United States and other nuclear powers. The agent of choice for most biological warfare programs is anthrax. Anthrax spores are easy to produce and can remain viable for more than 100 years if kept dry and out of direct sunlight. Their long shelf life makes them well suited to weaponization in a device that can deliver a widespread aerosol. Another emerging concept in biology has earned the name black biology, it’s a shadowy science in which microorganisms are genetically engineered for the sole purpose of creating novel weapons of terror. The worst part is that anyone can brew this stuff in their garage which vastly scares nations seeking peace. No one understands the threat Bioweapons pose and the fact that it has been called the ‘atom bomb of the poor man’ speaks volumes of its power. We should not have to wait for the biological equivalent of Hiroshima to rally our defenses.
