The Law of Attraction

I recently read this book called ‘Good Vibes Good Life’ by Vex King. It talks about providing good vibes to ourselves by practicing self-care, and prioritizing our well-being. To be mindful and practice meditation, I learnt something new when I came across this book. That is how the law of attraction is connected to the law of vibration.

According to the law of attraction, you have the power to attract anything you are focusing on. The law of attraction's true meaning is that like attracts like. You will eventually receive back whatever emotional focus and effort you have invested in it.

But is the "law of attraction" actually true? Yes. The Law of Attraction is comparable to gravity. You see it every minute of every day. It has an ongoing impact on your life and you. Anything you may imagine is possible, but only if you stick to a strategy to reach your objectives. You'll attract unfavorable situations and thoughts if you concentrate on them. If your thoughts are positive, your goals are distinct, and you have a plan, you will manifest this.

Lao Tzu, an ancient Chinese philosopher, once said: "Watch your thoughts, they become your words; watch your words, they become your actions; watch your actions, they become your habits; watch your habits, they become your character; watch your character, it becomes your destiny."

So how does the Law of Attraction work?

If you believe you are capable of achieving your dreams, you’re inspired to pursue those dreams. But if you believe you’re incapable, nothing will propel you to take action to achieve them. The law of attraction acts as a magnetic force between your dreams and the actions you must take to realize them.

How can you use it? Change your focus to: Energy moves in the direction of focus. Focus on the lesson you've learned rather than your failures. Don't dwell on the past; instead, think about all the possibilities your future holds. Use positive affirmations, meditation, and identifying your limiting beliefs to bring your goals to life.
